Manager on duty Tristan was completely useless when I went in to buy a wireless keyboard and mouse. Not allowed to try the product before buying. Why? Once the product is unboxed they can't sell it full price and there is no guarantee I will buy it. His solution: buy it, take it out of the box and try it, if you don't like it, return it. ??? So I can return a product that has been unboxed, how does that solve the issue of you not being able to sell an unboxed product for full price? Just went to pick up a server wallet. Walked around aimlessly for 20 mins. Not a single employee asked to help and it seemed like they avoided me. Then to top off the cake walk up the the register and the cashier doesn't say anything and starts checking out my item. although this location is always plenty busy, provided you are willing to wait, the service is excellent once you get a hold of representative. The wait is the only reason I give this location a 4 star. Russ in particular is one of the most knowledgeable people, and works very hard to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck, as well as the correct equipment for the job. The copy staff is willing to work with your timeline if you are in a crunch which is so very appreciated. Often my small project is completed before I can even make a lap through the store. They are very up to date and tech savvy, most of the staff is currently using the products that are in stock and always have a best recommendation for your needs. Keep up the great work!! read more
