It took a bit of trust because the shed was across town and I had to be at my house the day of the clean out, but it went very well. They sent me a photo once it was cleared- with a couple of pieces of lawn equipment containing gas left behind- and I paid a reasonable price for the removal. Plus, a few weeks later, they sent me a receipt for the items that were donated to charity. About as easy and as pleasant as this kind of thing gets!
