I had to wash my Queen Size Comforter and Bedspread that I usually wash at the laundromat because of size. I decided to try somewhere different, Stanley's in Ashland, The best decision!!! I was greeted by the attendant named Sean and he was awesome. He's well liked up there. The regular's dropped off and stayed in calling each other by name and engaging in friendly conversations. I had questions about the machines and he pleasantly explained in detailed. This place is very clean with well operating machines. Sean is the man !! He's truly an asset to this establishment. My washer machine broke recently and I found Stanley's and loved it. It's such a great laundromat clean and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and so very helpful. The washers and dryers are spotless and the staff clean them constantly. The laundromat's bright and open with a tv, seats and books and coloring for kids. They offer laundry detergent and a laundry service to clean your clothes for you. Until my washer gets fixed this is my go to spot for laundry. read more

I visited this laundry a few weeks back I wasn't sure I was going to post review but decided for warned in all. I do understand not everyone will have my experience but this was mine. The first two machines I loaded and put soap products in would not start after I deposited coins, so I had to move to two different machines, I couldn't locate an attendant to help getting refunded the monies I had put in the two machines which was $10 per. I warned another customer that one of the machines wasn't working but she said she came all the time and there was a trick to it, so she put all her cloths in and the machine wouldn't start for her either. She then tried finding an attendant also but no luck either. The area was clean enough and there are plenty of machines just buyer be ware as far as them being in working order. I did stop in and leave my name and number a few days later but big surprise I was never contacted. My take away is simple although some people may have a great experience with this location I did not personally so I will not be back. read more

We use their drop off service. Price is reasonable. Clothes are clean, folded, and ready for pick up as scheduled. The self service area is clean, bright and secure. Lots of machines, folding areas and seating. The staff are friendly and helpful. The machines are clean and work as the should. Great laundromat! read more

I needed some big washers to wash my ruggable covers and I came here. It's quiet, clean, and safe with amazing air conditioning. Machines work great. It's cash only but there is an atm at the exxon next door and there are change machines in the laundromat. Worker on staff was polite and helpful. I will be back for sure. Stanley's is a very clean & friendly place to get your clothes done - just bring your own coffee. Don't let the aged floor tiles distract you, this place is CLEAN! Michelle, the fun and industrious attendant, ensures the machines & work tables are wiped down throughout the day. She understands that we are working class: mechanics, welders, lawn care etc, we do dirty jobs and may leave a ring around the tub. Michelle takes the job seriously and is glad to tidy up after her customers. Stanley's Laundromat also offers Wash & Fold Service. This can save us time and anxiety when we have a week's worth (or 2) of laundry that we've gotten behind on. Drop it off before work and pick it up on your way home. Yes, it does cost by the pound but when we need it NOW, it is worth having it DONE for us... before the in-laws come over. For me, I needed a High capacity machine for bed comforter and this business offers 3 sizes: Double loader $2.25 Triple loader $3.25 6-load machines $6.00 All dryers $.25 Want to read quietly? Being over at Calvary Campground, I heard about Stanley's for washing and drying my clothes. It is an excellent place. I had never been to a laundromat before but I walked right in and an employee by the name of Axel greeted me and explained everything right away. He was so kind and very helpful. I recommend this place! One average load probably takes a little over an hour to do. So quick and easy. It cost me $6.50 for the medium washer and roughly $2 for the dryer to completely dry my towels and clothes. read more

I sure wish Yelp would permit me to use 1/2 star increments. Stanley's is a good, clean, well-maintained laundromat with modern equipment. As others have said, Stanley's needs to update the floor tiles because the worn floor makes it appear a bit tired. But the machines are relatively new and I didn't see one out of order sign except for one of the four change machines. If we're ever in this area again, Stanley's will get our business. I think we spent about $12 to wash and dry three loads. If Yelp permitted 1/2 star increments, I'd give it 4-1/2 but I'll limit Stanley's to 4 stars in this case. read more

After a recent move I was in need of a laundromat and had searched out several in the Ashland area. I chose Stanley's because it was conveniently located and appeared well kept and clean. Several others in the area didn't even come close. I must say I have not been disappointed! They keep the place clean and tidy. Machines are in good repair and there is always someone there to help when needed. I recently started missing several items like linens and blankets and so I asked the attendant if they ever find laundry left and put it aside? She took me in the back room and there to my surprise were two large bags of all of my things missing! Notes on the bag indicated the date and washer I left my items in. I had forgotten a complete load. Not only had they put it away, they dried and folded everything with such care! They easily could have just dumped it into the bag.
