I agreed with his price and we scheduled a day the following for him to begin the work. On the day of the project, his crew ran a bit late as they were working on a gate that required more time than they thought. Nevertheless, they still made it to my home and began the two half days of work. Overall, Roman and his crew did a great job building two separate fences at my home. The first fence was built using redwood from Berco Redwood and was for the side and front of the house to hold the waste containers as well as a small dog run. The second fence he and his team built was smaller and constructed of cedar and used to hide pool equipment and for a bit of modern aesthetic purposes. During the project, there were a couple hiccups while we figured out small details about angles of the fencing and overall length. Roman and his team were respectful and adapted the design to my changes and demands. This was difficult to do as there were already posts installed into the ground. However, he was able to work it out and everything went well. For a small fee, he even fixed my backyard fence that was damaged and wasn't on our quote. I'm very particular about how things should be designed and built and Roman recognized this and was able to build exactly what I was looking for. His crew works hard and has all the right equipment to do the job. There was some jackhammering that needed to happen because of some existing concrete, and his crew took care of that with ease. Roman is a nice guy and wants to ensure the customer is happy. I really appreciate that. Yes, I would hire Roman again to build a fence for me.

I contracted Lee Morgan, d.b.a. "Superior Fencing" to fence my back yard for my dogs. The agreed…read moreupon and signed a contract for approximately 140' of 5 foot tall "horse fence', as Lee calls it, with two gates: one 48" wide over a sidewalk and a double, eight foot wide gate for vehicle access. I paid Lee $1000.00 up front with an agreed upon start date. That date came and went. After four days, I contacted Lee to find out that he had forgotten about the job. We agreed on another date. His crew should up and completed the job in one day. I paid Lee the balance. I should have inspected the work before I paid in full. Instead of a 5 foot tall fence, they installed a 4 foot tall fence. The latch on the pedestrian gate opens by pushing downward on a long lever, not acceptable for retaining dogs. The same hardware was installed on the vehicle gate, but the craftsman is so poor that all you have to do is slap the gate and it pops open. I contacted Lee and voiced my concerns. He agreed to stain the fence and correct the latch and gate problems to make up for the error in fence height. He has never shown up to make good. Stay far away from Superior Fencing, they're anything but!
