What business owner with any sense of customer service would ever express themselves like that to a patient? Not a surprise since during office visits you can feel tension between their team: dentist towards hygienists/assistants - patience is not on display during procedures where they work together. Always treat everyone with kindness. I informed dentist directly I did not feel comfortable driving in a storm/flood and given these interactions I would no longer be seeking her services. The second time I contacted her was simply to ask about the status of our refund. Instead of providing an update, she accused me of "harassing" her--even though this was only our second conversation. When my mother called, she was told the office was closing and that the doctor was ill. However, I noticed the practice has continued receiving recent reviews, which only added to our confusion. We were also told that no one in the office could provide any information regarding our refund, that it had to be forwarded to the doctor's family, and that they could not provide any contact information for anyone who could actually help. After months of waiting, we still have no answers, no refund, and no way to speak with someone who can resolve the issue. If you're considering this practice, I would strongly encourage you to ask questions about their billing practices and customer service before committing to treatment. Very disappointing experience.
