He's quick, not because he's in a rush, it is because of his knowledge and experience. He's also creative. He knows his stuff.... HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. It seems like he keeps up on current education, considering his Paul Mitchell educator background. I'm glad I found this guy!

Alberto (Beto) was one of the barbers that could handle a wife who loves to be very specific with her husband's hair. He took his time clamping his hair to actually cut it perfectly all over. Curls can be tricky. Every step taken, he asked me as I did mention that I like telling the barber what I like on my husband. The way he took his time and paid attention to detail is a rare find nowadays in barbers/stylists. I'm glad the barber we originally was going to canceled on us because I wouldn't have found this shop. Will be returning. Spectacular customer service Just in case there are 4 baebers/stylist here.

Mainly because I waited almost an hour to get seen and another hour to get my haircut. However, I do like coming here and I did like the work they did. Last time I was here, the owner asked me to change the 3 star review. I considered it and I was going to since I had been enjoying the work so far. Well unfortunately, the owner blocked me from booking with them through Booksy So I can't even update the review anymore. I've always paid them, I've always showed up on time, and I've always been patient and kind. If the owner thinks he can sweep tardiness under the rug and treat his customers like this over a review then fine, I can take my business other places. I suggest anybody else do the same. The service is great but the unprofessionalism and wanting me to change reviews to make him look better should speak volumes.
