Makes sense we are all drinking plus it seems it would be easy to get lost out here ie go past the windmill. Wait we are in Holland the land of beautiful green pastures, cows and windmills. Our tour consisted of several rounds of different varieties of beer. Definitely different than a wine tasting as here every round was more delicious than the next. Can I buy any of these back in the States probably not so enjoy it while you can. After there was a huge line for the WC,bathroom ie toilets. The men in Holland were very polite as they let me cut the line as there was only one. Next visit to Holland I would definitely return great way to spend a rainy,cold Friday afternoon. Cheers!

I liked the atmosphere I did not like their food so that would be my reasoning for going back to this place. We ordered as appetizer nachos and a portion of ribs, they were ok. For main course I had a burger that I did not enjoy that much, I think my main problem is that I was expecting a burger that was tasty and less complicated and for those, I have many examples but Im not going to mention names. This burger instead had a mix of vegetables between raw and cooked that was impossible. I had grilled tomatoes in my dish and raw tomato in my burger, I had cucumber and pickles, lettuce and a side dish of grilled zucchini., carrots and more. It was very confusing and defeated the simplicity of a simple but tasty burger. I like veggies but not all at them in my burger is confusing and some flavors are meant to be simple and that's the beauty of the dish. I hope they improve a bit because as I mentioned before it is a cool place.

My personal favorite is the Pinkus Special beer. It's a really tasty beer and super easy to drink. Especially nice is during summer when they have the tables outside along Kreuzstraße. They're really nice for people watching and to enjoy the weather (when it's cooperating!) For food, I've only had the Flammkuchen and pretzels here which were both good.
