He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well!

I wanted 1/4 inch minus for pathways. However, it came with close to 90 percent fines with very…read morelittle 1/4 in rock in it. This combination is not good for pathways because anytime it is wet (even when tamped) the fines stick to shoe soles and are tracked into the house and any where else it is not wanted. I was able (years ago) to get some left over 3/8 minus (from a chip seal project I guess) it had a lot less fines and didn't track into the house, ever. I definitely would not recommend this product for pathways unless they get the fines down to around 25%.
