We walked in knowing the exact name and manufacturer of the tile we wanted and it still took the fellow working there an hour (I am not exaggerating, I promise) to order our tile. He had to make multiple phone calls to complete the transaction. Their prices were at least 40% higher than where we had purchased our tiles previously. Because we had already paid for the certificate from halfpricesalem.com, we went ahead and ordered anyway. After our transaction was completed, the guy said he had forgotten that there was a $75 delivery fee to Salem (the amount we were supposedly "saving" on our certificate). To avoid that fee, we had to drive up to NW Portland and pick up the tile ourselves from the manufacturer. I would definitely never do business with this company again.
