I have been a resident within the 721 North State St. for two years, and I cannot think of a better…read moreplace to rent an apartment in the Jackson area. This isn't based on just the location[close to so many venues], nor the unique 1939 era structure[ of an era gone by]. But because of the owner and staff that really takes on a hands on approach to the comfort and security of those that live here. Calling the office or the owner[ at any time] will get the situation addressed ASAP. The security is above reproach, with security cameras from every angle outside, from every angle inside the building, security fence with remote control opening, and security code to get into front and back entrances. The other neat thing about 721 is that it doesn't have the feel of an apartment complex; there is a live and let live atmosphere[ translation/ the owner, staff, nor tenets tolerate bigotry of any kind] and there is a cornucopia of all races, sexes, genders, and beliefs that dwell at 721 North State St. In a downtown setting, one wouldn't expect so much greenery, but there are shade trees to sit under and a roof terrace that at night has a cool breeze and you can look up and see a sky full of stars to help melt the stress of the day. I personally like the vintage lights that are scattered through out the parking lot. But you should just schedule an appointment so you can see for yourself.

Workers are always here everyday to keep things going. There have been a lot of renovations during the past 2 years. Laundry Rooms have been renovated this summer. There has been a renovation of the pools. I am in walking distance to the Dollar General, Westland Plaza and restaurants, having everything I need and want. Because of this, for most days I don't need to go somewhere else to go shopping. We are even down the street from Provine High School.
