This does leave you with that little feeling of cognitive dissonance when you arrive an hour and a half or two hours early as suggested by literally everyone... But I suppose there is some level of comfort in having extra time awaiting your flight versus racing the clock and hoping you make it. The ladder option is something we have never experienced at Spokane. For the last couple of years, the airport seems to have been under perpetual construction in one way or another: inside restaurants, accommodations, paths of travel, etc. We tend to fly Southwest, so that particular terminal currently has a good chunk of its restaurants and shops boarded up with constant power tool noises coming from behind the wall. But honestly, we're not here for $19 burgers or overpriced gift shop Crap - - we just want to arrive at the gate, board the plane, efficiently, and get onto our destination. Spokane airport does a good job of that. The gate tends to be very close to baggage claim, which is very close to car rental. Did I mention this is a fairly small airport? Overall, I don't mind flying in or out of here. Sure, half the people you see their look like human manifestations of South Park characters, but that's hardly the airport's fault.

Spokane International Airport is a small airport so there are usually not too many travelers on any given day. As a result the TSA lines are shorter and move quicker than the big boy airports.

There's nothing like showing up two hours early with only…read moreabout 20 other people going through the security checkpoint and having the tsa agent declare your real ID as invalid and demanding another form of ID because his colleague declares that my state "has a problem". I submit it is Spokane and these particular people who have "a problem" considering I have traveled hundreds of times with this ID with no problems and the gal in the adjacent kiosk had no problems. This tsa agent felt it necessary to continue to be obnoxious to us and others as we all tried to traverse a very unprofessional, inefficient and somewhat incompetent security situation. I travel quite a bit and am deeply appreciative of the necessary hard work tsa agents perform. Spokane can and needs to do better!

As far as TSA checkpoints go, this one is... Not great. Not the worst I've seen by a long shot. But…read morenot the best either. First and foremost, the layout is super weird. It gets crowded and backed up quickly. Also TSA Pre-check and the normal screening line terminate at the same group of agents, and then you go through the same checkpoint. The line sometimes backs up so far they run out of que space and then trail out into the lobby. For me personally, I have literally been stopped for additional screening every single time I've gone through this checkpoint. Every single time. So yeah, it's not the best.

Pictue taken & id scanned, no boarding pass required, shoes on, bags on the belt and small items/jacket in the tub, walk through, no beep, grab your stuff & step aside to organize. The experience we had with this company was not good. Our driver was very rude, would not make a…read morerequested stop, would not turn on the heat for us. Then, the bus battery died after the concert and they charged us for the time we were inconvenienced and spent waiting. When I was booking I was told gratuity not included. We gave our driver a cash tip that reflected the disappointing service we received but were charged an additional 20% on top of this. I would not recommend using this company. I travel very often for work and have experienced many levels of service. This was one of the lowest levels I've seen.

I made the inquiry and requested a quote through the website on November 13th for the 14 passenger Stretch Excursion for a December 18th tour. The reply said, "based on you request" and included the cost for up to 14 passengers. In a later email I was told ice and water would be provided, we could bring our own beverage. Bluetooth for music. Dec 18 rolls around and right on time, a 2005 town car limousine pulls up in front of my house. When we get in, the chauffeur hands me a roll of paper towels and says we might need them for the window fog. (even the windshield defroster did not work). There was no ice, no water, and no bluetooth. Radio only. The only reason I give the evening 2 stars is the tour was well planned and the selected displays were worthy. The accommodations took all of the elegance and adventure out of the booking. What irritates me the most is I booked early enough that my fare should not have been sold. There is more, but I have said enough. I did not plan to give a bad review. but when I emailed A-Star to express my dissatisfaction, it was not acknowledged. I do not recommend this Limousine Service, very disappointed.
