We lounged in our robes as we waited for our services to begin which was right on time. I had the body scrub and massage 1st and 2nd. Leo do both of those services and he was fantastic. He gave me a deep tissue massage which I needed for my muscles to relax. It was great and my body felt like butter afterwards. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. After that I had a facial which made my skin look 20 years younger and healthy. After that we got to lounge drinking mimosas, tea, water or coffee and then got whisked away to relax in the salt cave. Both my friend and I felt lighter and relieved of any stress we had. Then we got a meal that we chose off the menu. It was a half day of pampering and didn't want to leave. I didn't take any pics as I locked our phones away so we could truely relax. Tip: arrive early at least 30 mins to fill out paperwork and change and get a little relax time.

I called Living Social and they told me that Ms. McFadden had already redeemed it!! How could that be? So, Living Social had to "unredeem" the voucher and email it to me so I could use it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called. That's when she decided not to honor it. And her comment about the "miscommunication." There wasn't any miscommunication. I understood her perfectly - she was not going to honor the voucher. I guess she thought she could redeem the voucher, get the money and never have to give the massage? Thank goodness Living Social refunded my money. So, you've had your warnings about her unscrupulous practices.
