I've been coming to Dr. Hayes for over four years now and he is the best in the business. I work in…read morean office environment so I had some issues in my shoulder and lower body which is what brought me here. Unfortunately the cubicle life can create issues that are part of the sedentary lifestyle and can be taxing on the body in later years. It got so bad I had to do something about it it. I find Dr. Hayes and his wife to be the utmost professionals and they accept most insurances. The facility is superclean and they work by appointment only which is great for a hustler like myself so I'm in and out of there in under one hour. The bedside manner of the staff is wonderful and my issues are a lot more manageable since coming to Dr. Hayes. I tell people all the time to avoid places like massage envy and other places like that because you may only be treating the symptom and not addressing the root cause of pain. Dr. Hayes is more educational when talking about issues like pain management, etc which is great for me because I don't want anyone pushing pills at me when I can holistically deal with pain issues in other ways. 9/10 if you have a job you have insurance so put it to good use by going to a professional. Your body will thank you!

In every therapy there's a goal, nothing was established between me and my therapist. I went for…read moretherapy because of my back pains related to a work injury. After my 3 weeks therapy session, I was still experiencing the same pain. I had 2 therapist and every time I asked a question, I didn't get any answers. Not only I had back pains but I had limited range of motion on my right arm, and weak grip on my right hand. During one of my sessions, the therapist asked me when did I start feeling weak on my right arm, I told him maybe 2 weeks after my injury at work. On that time, I had work restriction not to lift 25 lbs. at work; I ask the therapist, how can I safely lift and use my right arm without re- injuring myself. He said" I'm sorry I can't really answer that, we are not the one's giving you those restrictions ". I believed I went on with physical therapy to build endurance and decrease my pain, so I could go back to work. The place itself was a mess. There was no privacy. One therapist was working on 2 or 3 patients at the same time. I wanted to ask questions and communicate my concerns but I wasn't able to do it because the therapist was also working or couching the other patient. At the end of my therapy session, I didn't hear any feedback or recommendations from the physical therapist on what activities or exercises I needed to work on to build my endurance. No recommendations were given to me to address my weakness on my right arm nor my weak grip.

What began as an injury to my left shoulder almost 4 years ago became a painful, weakening…read morecondition. I had been to physical therapy more than once, had an MRI and then a steroid shot in another city. When I moved to Houston and the pain was worsening and the mobility was decreasing, keeping me up at night and throbbing in the day, I made an appointment with Dr. Brian Banh. He spent time assessing and then treating the shoulder at each of our sessions with plenty of time and attention. He listened to me as I reviewed each week's improvements and added to the treatments each time creating more healing, movement, and strength. Now I'm off to another city and he has given me exercises to condition my upper body so I can continue the process of improvement. Amy, at the front desk, and Dr. Banh are professional and friendly. They run an efficient office but most importantly, they delivered results. My old injury is now not limiting my mobility thanks to HYPE Sports Medicine and I am so thankful.

Dr. Ho LITERALLY gave me my life back! I had fallen against a brick wall and hit my elbow. I was…read morein pain daily from my neck, back, shoulder, down my arm all the way to my wrist. Finally, after a year and a half of dealing with the pain and it and only getting worse, I decided I had to do something. Dr. Ho would tell you I have a high tolerance for pain, but this was unbearable and I would wake up every night in tears it was so bad. I went to Texas Orthopedic Hospital to a shoulder specialist who wanted to shoot me up with cortisone, I'd had X-rays, an MRI, and went to a very well-known neurosurgeon to try and find out what the problem was. I didn't want to temporarily fix it, I wanted to know what was wrong. He said he didn't know why I didn't just get the cortisone shots and walked out of the room. If I wouldn't get sued, I would tell you his name. I couldn't believe it. I'd driven almost two hours to go see him because he came so highly recommended. Needless to say, I didn't go back and was furious! A friend recommended I go to a chiropractor. Her chiropractor in Wyoming recommended two in Houston whom I researched, but saw Dr. Casey Ho had, at that time, 20 five star reviews and was also an acupuncturist. HE'S who I wanted to see. He got me in the next day. Three needles later, ART, and an adjustment, and I walked out pain free...PAIN FREE!!! I'm grateful DAILY that I found him. I've been going to him for eight years now because I tend to be somewhat clumsy, and have taken some pretty bad falls, mainly because of my dogs, but they were completely my fault. Unfortunately, both shoulders have torn tendons. Each time after my appointment, I've walked out with no pain and have full range of motion in both arms . Thank you so much, Dr. Ho. You're my hero.
