I visited Dr. Yomtov's office in late June due to some shoulder and upper back discomfort. The…read moreissues were escalating, which affected my sleep badly. Brian quickly identified the root causes and corrected my posture within weeks. Not only has he fixed my shoulder issues, he also identified my long turn hip joint locking issue not on my radar at all. This takes longer to correct, but when it is eventually fixed, I do feel that my whole body comfort goes to another level. The reason I had chosen Dr. Yomtov was his more holistic view on chiropractic (besides chiropractic, he also practices acupuncture and PAK). Even though he has treated me only with chiropractic manipulation, the influence went beyond my skeleton/muscle problem. I highly recommend Dr. Yomtov for those who appreciate holistic chiropractic treatment.

Dr. Z is a great leader of this practice and has created a full service practice that is way more than just adjustments. The roller bed to lengthen the spine, electro stim and adjustment. Also they have a physical therapist, Rhea, that is fantastic at helping the patient understand how to help themselves keep the adjustments. Dr. Dave is attentive and caring. This is a great practice. Update: 4 months later I am still going to see Dr. Z and his outstanding staff. I am headache free and feel soooooooo much better. So lucky to have found this office and that I can control my headaches without medications. Thank you thank you thank you.

After returning to this practice following a few months away, I was genuinely shocked by the level…read moreof unprofessionalism I encountered. Dr. P immediately made unnecessary comments about my vacation destination, revealing a surprising lack of basic geographical awareness. He then shifted into odd commentary about my birthday celebration -- remarks that were irrelevant, inappropriate, and frankly unwelcome. Throughout the appointment, Dr. P spoke far more than any chiropractor I've ever seen, and unfortunately, his conversations consistently veered into tangents that had nothing to do with chiropractic care. Many of these comments were rude, dismissive, and completely out of line for a healthcare setting. The most concerning moment occurred as I was leaving. I asked a simple question about using a foam roller for a "snowman" exercise, and he responded by accusing me of being racist -- then corrected himself and said I was being sexist for saying "snowman" instead of "snowwoman." This kind of crass, performative humor is not only unprofessional but deeply uncomfortable, especially for young women seeking care. After reading another woman's negative experience, I felt compelled to share mine. Women should be aware that this practice requires a thick skin for abrasive behavior, inappropriate commentary, and an overall lack of respect from the doctor. To make matters worse, I had even considered his referral to another chiropractor closer to my home. That experience turned out to be even worse in terms of professionalism. Based on both encounters, I do not believe these environments are safe or appropriate for young women seeking chiropractic care. Additionally, during my visit, the staff was printing hundreds of "free exam" invitations and asked me to refer friends. I called the next day and made it clear that while I am happy to recommend local contacts, the doctor's conduct must be addressed -- otherwise new patients will walk out just as I did. Although Dr. P may be technically competent, the environment he creates is unacceptable. Based on my experience and the experiences of other women, I will not return and strongly caution others -- especially young women -- before considering this practice or any referrals associated with it.

Based on SportsPlus's outstanding five-star ratings and its convenient location close to my home, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. From my very first phone call through every visit, the entire team has made this a wonderful, positive experience. The front desk staff is always welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere makes me actually look forward to my appointments. They call me when something opens up knowing that I'm only walking distance away. My therapist, Carl, has been incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and gentle in his approach. After my total knee replacement only 3 weeks ago, he is still guiding me through every step of my recovery, and together we've made tremendous progress. Even my surgeon has been extremely impressed with how well I'm doing, and my range of motion. If you're trying to decide where to go for physical therapy, I can confidently say you've found the right place. I highly recommend SportsPlus and if you have the opportunity to work with Carl, or Alex you'll be in excellent hands! The office also has a Chiropractor on staff but I have not tried his services yet! But I will in the future as I am a firm believer in chiropractic care.

It was 6:30 PM and my boyfriend was hit with a major migraine. Immediately I googled local chiropractors and found Dr. Berglund (THANKFULLY!!!) However, he was set to close at 7 PM. We called & asked him if we could come within the next 10 minutes & he enthusiastically welcomed us! As soon as you walk in, you notice the office is CLEAN and Dr. Berglund (or his wife!) greets you with an inviting smile. Last week my boyfriend got a consultation & his first ever adjustment! Just observing the consultation, you can tell Dr. Berglund is extremely knowledgeable (which is what you hope for in a chiropractor!!) He is open to answering any questions and really listens when you describe your symptoms / how you're feeling. On top of that, his prices can NOT be beat! Best prices in Stamford.. in Connecticut.. in ANYWHERE! Right after my boyfriend had his adjustment his mind was BLOWN! His headaches haven't been back all week and he couldn't wait to go back (today!) After being completely comfortable with what I saw during my boyfriend's first visit I decided to have my first session with Dr. Berglund today. Just by talking to me, Dr. Berglund had a feeling of what could be cause of my (MANY) issues! Overall, I had a GREAT experience. He is a friendly and intelligent guy that TRULY loves what he does.
