My mother just recently purchased a new home in Bella Vista. The home is beautiful with a large deck and a staircase that leads into the backyard. The deck and staircase have never been stained, and for the selling the house, some of the boards had to be replaced. This made for a less attractive look to the deck.
We are very fortunate that Stain Bros came to the rescue. We spoke with Dylan in regards to what he would recommend what needed to be done to make the deck beautiful. He gave us his expertise opinion on what color of stain would go best with the house. He also reassured us that the new boards that have been recently replaced would receive special attention so that they would match all of the remaining deck.
Dylan and his assistant, Kenzie, worked side by side with different responsibilities to the task. Dylan focused his attention on spraying the stain on the deck flooring and all of the staircase, while his assistant focused on helping prep the outside walls and foundation to prevent any overspray and individually staining each of the deck bars. They even carried all of the furniture and multiple flower pots off the deck and placed them carefully in the backyard and carport away from their work area. We greatly appreciated that extra help.
They worked on prepping and staining for two days. They were not finished until the job was completed and perfect.
My mother, along with myself and husband, are extremely pleased with the finished product. We will definitely be recommending Stain Bros to our family and friends.
