I was the first customer at 11:30am on 9 November 2013. I ordered the Geschnetzeltes (pork meat pieces in a mushroom gravy) with Spaetzle (noodles). The flavor was good and the meat tasted as if it had been charcoal grilled; however, the meat was not that tender. I believe that the meat had been cooked/grilled on a previous day and warmed up. Although the Geschnetzeltes had a good flavor, it was not warmed long enough and even some of the mushrooms seemed cool in the middle rather than having reached the proper temperature. The salad that came with the meal was tasty and consisted of mixed greens, potato salad, red cabbage, and cucumber salad. The two different ladies who served me were nice and even helped me move some of the plants so that I could get nice pictures of their stained-glass windows.
