The food was good, prepared quick enough, and service was excellent. Portion sizing was large. The dining room is large and there is an outdoor seating area. The wine selection was a bit on the sweet side for me. The beer variety was good. If I stay in Honau again, I will eat and stay here on account of the service, good Wi-Fi, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.

The salad was quite large, and like a good German salad, was actually made up mostly of things other than lettuce. In this case a scoop of lentil salad, a scoop of pasta salad, a scoop of potato salad, shredded carrots, and cabbage saw, topped with a bit of lettuce and a bit of dressing.
