I didn't feel that anything about their onboarding process was unnecessary or a waste of my time. The staff is courteous and professional and the office is clean and appears well organized. My appointment with Mr. Troyer started on time which was another sign that these guys valued my time as well. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to an agency and spent an hour filling out paperwork, taking assessments and still ended up waiting another 15-30 minutes to speak with someone who was half listening and ready to throw me into any assignment they had available at the time. Not many people like dealing with staffing agencies but in all honesty I've only landed a handful of "career" related jobs on my own without them. I simply find them very convenient to use and if you're the right candidate for the job, have the professional background and experience their clients are looking for, and are a well-rounded candidate with the skills and qualifications that your resume SAYS you do - they will find you employment opportunities and hopefully a promising career. I have no doubt that PrideStaff will ultimately match me with my "soulmate" employer.
