You'll have to come with (or at least timely have available for your file) professional references for them to call up, what your last places of residence were for background checks, and even a copy of your university diploma (which they *will* verify).
It sounds like a lot, but the advantages are great. In traditional application you have to compete with a bunch of people who all go to a Human Resources representative and not necessarily the person who'll make the ultimate decision on whether or not to hire you. This can mean you're quite capable of doing the job for which you're applying but are subject to HR's judgment on who the hiring person will review and interview.
With Staffing Options, they're vetting you and presenting you as a qualified person to their partner companies, and they have the proof.
With at least over a decade and a half of doing this (some of the people working with me had been there that long), they're reliable. Through the entire process of presenting you, going over your references and what they may need, Staffing Options are in constant communication with you to make sure everything flows smoothly.
