However, they discouraged me from continuing my education and only placed me in Sales and Marketing position, despite the fact that I reminded them on several occasions that I DISLIKE sales and marketing! Now I've passed by their Bridgewater Office, only to find it closed - not at all surprising, especially if you check out their reviews on www.yahoo.com.

Tara worked with me on creating a resume that I was pleased with that artfully included a lot of necessary detail, with no wasted fillers. She helped me adjust it so that it reflected my desire to work in an industry other than the one I came from and was fast, efficient and very timely in her responses. The day I received the final copy, I applied with the one company I wanted for a job that I was truly hoping for. I received a call THAT night. Since then I did a written, phone and two personal interviews and just today received the offer for the position. First application. This was an amazing experience, well worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who is considering professional assistance organizing their resume. Tara, thank you so much. You were the starting point of me making some amazing life changes and there are no words to express my gratitude! Sorry for the delay, but it was worth it."

I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. When I initially…read morecontacted them, I was promised a call "right back" from Brian Kaufman. Twenty minutes later, having received no call back, I called again and was told he was out to lunch (for two hours) but would call me as soon as he returned. Realizing this was an extremely busy day for them, and that my return did not have to be filed on that day, I offered to wait until the following day. The very nice woman who answers their phone called me back, as she had promised, to say that Brian appreciated my flexibility and would definitely call on the morrow. Now it's 3:00 "tomorrow". I have called the office four times, leaving messages at Brian's extension and at the receptionist's because no one was answering the phone. I finally got a human on the phone who informed me that Brian was "out sick today". Sure. The least I would have expected was to get a call from -someone- advising me of the situation. I asked to pass a message on to Brian that he can just forget it - I have no use for so inconsiderate a firm.

What was absolutely deplorable was that fact that the woman Kim told my mother she would have honored the entire amount of the GC for her "regular" customers but because she "didn't know who my mom was" it was "suspicious"! It wasn't suspicious when I walked into Secrets to buy a gift certificate, was it? My only conclusion is that she is prejudice against perspective new clients. She treated my mom like an idiot and a child on the phone. In my opinion, Kim spoke as if she didn't need any more new customers. Amazing that a hair stylist could make you feel like a criminal because you weren't in her 'books'. My mom and I both dye and cut our hair regularly and could have been new loyal customers to Gaetano's but the way that she treated my mom ruined any chance of that happening or getting any cut/style/dye at Gaetano's. Your Loss!
