They're too many of us experienced workers that have been treated a certain manner and talk to a certain way by the staffing specialist just because they have the control and power over, giving us jobs and taking us off jobs. Specifically the Westland office now mind you, I said everyone experience is different. However, the Westland office Cynthia and Brandon, they need to be investigated for code of conduct policy violations. No one cares about the actual workers, opinions, thoughts and views. No one calls to do any type of survey or anything to get our opinions on how we can make the company better at all and I'm tired of it. Upper management of people ready. They can care less and I do mean they can care less. I have two interactions with the marketing branch manager. I think it is two very unpleasant phone calls with that gentleman. You will soon find out that they send you to vacant Lots and residential home addresses that are supposed to be warehouses. It's sick and it's twisted how they do business at this agency. When I walked in the door and sat down at a desk I was being interviewed at, Miss incompetent got up and walked away a few times. One of her few times was to go outside the back door to smoke and laugh and giggle on her cell phone and just left me sitting there for a good 20 minutes. Like my time wasn't valuable at all. On the desk right in front of me was a stack of at least 60 pay checks right out in the open all over the middle of the desk where total strangers are being interviewed and left for long periods of time by themselves. One would think that those checks should have been locked up tightly until they are put in the rightful owner's hand. Good to know your personal information is so public to total strangers that are Desperately Seeking employment. (( **Stay away from this agency**)) This agency will promise you a job as they did me at $16.00 and send you two vacant lots and non-existing addresses and could care a less about the runaround they're giving you. It doesn't stop after the first time they proceeded to do it a second time. It's sick and it's twisted that any human being could do this to another that's in distress looking for employment. Now that I'm happily employed and by no doing of this particular agency, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to investigate because what they are doing is completely wrong and unethical in more ways than thought possible. This is NOT how you run a business at all and most definitely not how you treat your customers as they seek their service out. I have my photos, audio to present as my evidence. Sure hope they have theirs.
