The films they do show in English are either arty or mainstream big hits. The English versions are general yon around 7pm in the evening so there is time to visit the local Thai or Indian (see my other Innsbruck reviews) and then head over to the cinema. Particularly good if you are in Austria for a winter season and need to see that latest blockbuster or just get an English film fix. Prices are average and it's really easy to find just over the bridge from the old quarter of town. If you are a student studying in Innsbruck then you'll also get a discount.

This venue is a great theatre that hosts several performances throughout the month. We went for a…read moresymphony, but saw on the schedule for the same weekend 3 other shows (a singing group, a ballet, and an opera). There is a lot to choose from. My only tip: if you purchase tickets - make sure to check the location of your show. The Congress center across the street will also host programs that are sold as Landestheatre, as there is a partnership between the two.

First time visitor, I'm offered a 3 EUR discount on a 30 EUR card for 27 EUR ($30 USD). Head to the slot machines and proceed to lose 27 EUR in 20 minutes lol. Not ready to head back to hotel I fill the card with 30 EUR ($34 USD). Walk back to the slot area and finally decide on my lucky machine. A little apprehensive from losing my first 27 EUR I'm slow playing my slots until I hit. So I'm up a few dollars, seems the slot I'm on hits more the more I bet. Finally hit a nice pot, 54 EUR ($61 USD) and promptly cashed out. Spent about two hours total in the casino and lost 3 EUR. Casino had a poker room but it filled up by the time I walked by so smartly I walk away and called it a night. Nice relaxed casino visit, I'd return if in the area.
