The personnel at this office are professional, prompt and decent. They are pretty by the rules (I used to live in Kreis 4 and they seem to be a bit more lax there) and highly reliable and helpful. There is also a photo booth machine here if you ever need to take photos for ID - just make sure you bring cash as it is king for the machines here! They now even accept all credit cards including AMEX card for payment of services. Ow ow - they are so updated now!
