From the owner: Wir bieten unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot an und führen eine…read morefranzösische Bistroküche mit leckeren Qiches und herzhaften Crêpes aus Dinkel- und Buchweizenmehl, knackigen Salaten, Flammkuchen, vegetarischen und veganen Nudel- und Reisgerichten sowie einer elsässischen Sauerkrautplatte mit Mettwurst und Kasseler. Unsere Kuchen, Torten, Törtchen und Tartes sind überwiegend selbst gemacht aus Dinkelmehl, glutenfrei oder vegan. Unser Kaffee und Kakao ist fairtrade und viele unserer Produkte sind aus Bio-Anbau oder aus der Region. Wir achten auf die Verwendung von saisonalem Obst und Gemüse und verwenden keine Convenience-Produkte, d.h. wir stellen auch alle Vinaigrettes, Saucen und Dips selbst her. Unsere mehrfach prämierten Weine kommen von einer Winzerfamilie aus Rheinhessen und als besonderes Bier führen wir das belgische Leffe, ein würziges Klosterbier mit 6,4 % Alkohol.

The service strightly German, the menu, strictly German - does it matter? NOPE this food was so good so fresh the flavors blasted my flavor recepeptors... we went back TWICE - first meal is pictured got the friend potatotes with my schnitzel, second meal second meal I paid the extra euros to upgrade those potatoes to mashed potatoes and I tell you what....
