First time in this hotel and as I arrived in the dark I wasn't sure what to expect. The lady on…read morereception was very helpful directing me to the car park, which is slightly further on from the hotel, and once checked in she even provided a sandwich and hot drink. The rooms could probably use a 'freshen' up but they are of a good size, clean and tidy which I find always helps. The breakfast is a buffet service which is OK. If however you want to have a cup of breakfast tea you had best bring your own!!! The hotel is situated a 5 minute stroll from a shopping area which has lots of shops and places to sit drink and watch the world pass you by. WiFi is free throughout the hotel so that is a positive thing. There is the facility to make tea and coffee in your room but there is no safe. All in all a decent hotel with helpful staff.
