The initial interactions with them while we were putting in our offer was off putting. They were very demanding and insisted that everything was right, even provided an inspection sheet. Basically rushed us through the process in order to sell the home. Within the first two months the pipes froze due to a one inch gap open to the outside. The basement has flooded 3 times. Weird, the disclosures say they did not notice any water issues and the basement was finished by them. Now I get to rip it out to install a French drain. After the first mopping I found that construction adhesive was tracked all over the house and the master bathroom tile was never fully cleaned after grouting. The tiles are popping out. Got an estimate of 2K to correct. There was no water anywhere in the rest of the home, if you ran the dishwasher. The first weeks were a parade of tradesman trying to figure out all the issues. All on a newly remodeled home. Sharra claims no responsibility for anything. It's a real shame. We trusted her based on this company's reputation. Not to mention mold hidden behind nailed shut access panels. Our 9 yr old fell down the stairs after the railing ripped from the wall. I guess screwing it into the studs wasn't thought to be necessary. Be very careful who you put trust into. Buying a new home should be a joyous thing, let alone a new remodel. Now I'm spending my weekends trying to make things right.

When contacted on the phone he was smug and cocky. He gave me the blah blah lease contract words and nothing else... he was not willing to work out an early termination price or offer any alternatives to a father out of work due to the pandemic. On another note the apartment is a 1 bedroom and the rent is as much as the mortgage for my 3 bedroom house with a pool and a driveway in the suburbs. This man is a greedy, unfeeling bastard and if i could use stronger words on here I would. Also beware...he will make you renew so far in advance for the following year it will make your head spin and your pockets ache. Shame on you Adam, for taking advantage of naïve college students.

However the security deposit check just arrived minus several hundred dollars. One item for cleaning the apartment (approx $150 dollars) is a scam.....hours before the end of the lease he had painters in the house and carpets (another word for filthy floor coverings) being ripped up. NO professional cleaning took place and anyway the tenants cleaned it thoroughly. He has withheld monies due and owing. My daughter was injured on his property because the drive was not maintained. another girl had stitches in her hand because the windows were stuck and she tried to open them (Fire violation which was not reported) I shall be giving you all an update once I speak to the Manager of the Office. Also I am contacting West Chester University Housing Department immediately. asNO ONE SHOULD RENT FROM ADAM BAGELMAN or CENTURY 21 at 709E Gay Street .

I don't write too many reviews. I've experienced a lot of 5-star service, but I just never "get…read morearound to it" when it comes to sharing a positive review. Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. She never lied to us about our prospects, but also gave us enough hope to keep pressing forward. We ended up with an offer better than we could of imagined. Capri was probably happier than we were; that's how invested she was in making it work. Thank you Capri and team. Because of this miracle, my wife and I are in a better place to have a family.

Capri is…read more*exceptionally* knowledgeable about the market, what to look for in houses and red flags to be aware of, and how to be strategic when it comes to making an offer and negotiating. She also truly wants the best for her clients-she took the time to really understand what we were looking for, is incredibly patient, and not only never pressured us but strongly encouraged us to look at homes that were the remotest of possibilities (I was worried about wasting her team's time but as she kept reminding me, the more properties we saw, the more informed we would be). She and Courtney are also so organized and helped us stay on track and on task for the whole laundry list of things that happen when you buy a house. They gave us a beautifully organized binder at settlement with all the docs we will ever need along with notes about what to do when (e.g., if you don't get a mortgage bill by this date, follow up, etc). Plus Capri is just really fun and kind and a joy to spend time with, and is clearly very invested in the Philadelphia community and supporting other local businesses. I know I'm gushing-and I never write effusive reviews-but honestly, that's how great they are!
