Ken Alexander - Lawyer and Kevin Fox - Lawyer ( from 82 Scollard Street)
Consumer Beware - It's a Scam!
Contacted Stacey Ball who referred me to Ken Alexander. Asked him if he would take me case on contingency. He invited me to meet with him. Told him about my case. He told me he would take my case and asked for $250.00. Never told me anything about this meeting costing me $250.00 over the phone. Told me to wait for a decision from the gov't body currently reviewing my case and then we could proceed. Nine months later, I contact him again about our agreement and I dropped off my information.
Well, never heard from him again. About a month later, I called to follow-up about the status of my case and of course I don't receive a reply.
He failed to return my documents but were returned later due to my repeated requests. Oh ya, and his staff lie about him not being in the office since I did see him.
Didn't get my money back.
I read on the Rip-off Report that the same situation happened to another guy who met with Kevin Fox (lawyer) who also works from the same address (82 Scollard Street). Kevin Fox also asked for $250.00 and told him he has a case. Kevin Fox did not even have the decency to return this guy's documents let alone the $250.00 despite repeated requests. read more
