I will start by saying they have a very nice showroom and the staff are friendly. But hold on to your wallets and coin purses, they are way pricey. To start the showroom is catered for tourists and travelers. It is loaded with shirts, hats, and garb..... Then you see the prices, $35 for a ball cap that advertises for them?!?! Hmmm, no thanks. Pocket knives start at about $90 and and can go up into $1,000+ They are nice quality but again, they do not make the blades. They buy the knife blanks and add the handles and some laser etching....... Not what I was expecting. Do not get me wrong, they are nice quality, but way overpriced!

There are many machines, baskets, and plenty of seats for patrons who are waiting. Machines are well maintained and there is a straightforward reporting procedure if machines break down. Parking is available on the street and in the alley on the rear side of the building. There is WiFi available, but it had to be restarted today to restore internet access. There is a restroom available for customers, but it was out of T.P. and paper towel. I feel the the machine prices are somewhat high, but the facility is maintained very well (compared to most laundromats), so I suppose the expense is justified. For a suggestion, I would like to see the hours for this business expanded. I am a rotating shift worker and am frequently in need of laundry service on days when I get home at 2AM.

They have an attendant on-site if you choose to use the service. I was cheerfully greeted by Kirsten who will be tending to the cleaning of my laundry item (heavy, cold weather sleeping bag). She def earned a decent tip w her positive attitude (and doing the work for me!)

He asked questions about what I wanted cleaned, any problem areas, etc. He efficiently cleaned my bedroom carpet and a couch in the living room. Also, he educated me as to what type of cleaner he would be using and why that specific one. I have a puppy and he got all that out. My couch is a cream color, and it looks new. His price was Very Reasonable, I think he should charge more. I will definitely use his service again and urge anyone who is looking to have this type of work done to use this gentleman.
