I didnt authorities them to pull money out of my account. Cory told me my card was on file. So I'd need to recover it from the homeless person. I never put it to be automatic taken out. So I feel it's bad business to take money from someone who was being kind to another person. That 2 weeks later moved out of the storage shed. And this person seen him move all his stuff out. I've rented these storage units before from the previous owners and Corey has taken this Self Storage enterprise to the next level. He's 100% computerized the business and I have everything I need at my fingertips thru my iPhone. Security is very tight and this is first time I've used a Self Storage facility and was not worried about thieves in the night. Corey is Retired Air Force and totally understands what it means to serve. He's got my business.

I moved all of my stuff into the storage unit and was gone for 4 years, before coming back to check on it and had absolutely no issues. The owner always keeps up to date on everything and would call if there was an issue with payment or anything else. He also offers a military discount and works with what your needs are. When I was moving out of the storage unit, he let me use another storage unit for a small price so I could separate out my stuff. I didn't find any bugs or creepy crawlies in my stuff. And the storage units are well built. It is also secured and he does have security camera's on the property.

The front gate has been broken for months, leaving the entire property unsecured. That alone should be a major red flag for anyone storing their belongings here. To make matters worse, no one is ever in the office, and getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. The so-called "manager" clearly needs training in basic customer service--rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive when you do manage to speak to someone. Instead of addressing real concerns about security or communication, they're more concerned with sending out late payment notices without any real accountability on their end. If you're new to the area and looking for secure, reliable storage, GO ELSEWHERE. This place is not worth the stress or risk.
