The short, portly, white haired, balding usher ignored my husband twice when he attempted to put offering in the basket. The stocky usher simply walked by ignoring him. As a lifelong Catholic from the Caribbean I have never encountered such flagrant rudeness and prejudice. My husband is white so he was obviously upset that my non-Polish, German husband was there with a non-white Caribbean. VERDICT - I would never step foot inside this church ever again, Polish folks are still as racist as ever. And You wonder why the Catholic Church is losing parishioners.

I love Cathedrals anyway and I love old European style religious buildings, and this is one of the best I've seen in New York state. It's truly one of the most remarkable and spectacular things in Syracuse.

I've been attending Radiant Church since January 2023, and it's become such a big part of my life that I almost forgot to share how awesome it is. From day one, everyone was genuinely welcoming. Josh sat with me on my first visit and introduced me to a bunch of folks--it felt like I'd known them forever. Pastor Jason is fantastic--down-to-earth and genuinely cares about each person. He even took the time to meet with me one-on-one when I was new. Outside of Sundays, there's always something happening: dinner meet-ups, spontaneous hangouts, gaming on Discord, and sports. I recently got into golf and found fellow golfers here. Plus, I help run a casual flag football group on Saturdays--it's a blast! My wife and I love Syracuse and decided to make it our forever home, with Radiant being a big part of that decision. Honestly, it's more than just a church; it's a community that's brought so much joy into my life. So yeah, maybe it's a bit odd to Yelp about a church, but when something's this good, I can't help but share.

I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma and the homemade hummus. I really want to thank Father Michael Ibrahim. I asked him if there were any tours of the church and he said they just had one at 5:30. He took four of us into the church and gave us a personnel tour of the interior, just beautiful. We got to ask questions, and it was a great way to cap our visit with this intimate tour.
