St Patricks is an open and family oriented place to worship. Father Dunn is wonderful and the music program is always excellent.

People are friendly, worship is awesome, and pastor Mikes sermons are really good! I've been able to transition very smoothly into the church after leaving my former church. Such a good place to worship our awesome God, and dive into the word with other followers!

We have long striven to uphold the church founders' ideals of worshiping God, living and working as community dedicated to a Christian life, and to the betterment on Earth through education and benevolences. Education continues to be an integral part of the life of the church community. In addition to our Sunday School and childcare services, we also offer ongoing adult education groups and seminars. Music, too, has been vital to the worship life of the church from the beginning. Early services included a volunteer choir accompanied by a hand-blown organ. Now, in addition to our Casavant organ, we feature 10 different adult, youth, and children's choral groups, with opportunities available to instrumental and vocal soloists as well. From the earliest days of the church, systematic contributions were encouraged with particular Sundays designated for major benevolences. Today, many of our events are coordinated by the members of our mission committees. They are active throughout the county and in the global community, in many ministries that have direct effect on those served. We invite all to join us in service! I wanted to do something different and new today so I headed here with my husband for their 10:15am…read moreservice. This church was mentioned in a book I read recently and I wanted to check it out. As we drove up, we saw a small church tucked away in the trees near an old barn and some children's play equipment. The scene conjured up the feeling of a friendly, small town. Thankfully, that's exactly what it felt like inside. Tea and coffee was available on a table in the hallway. Several women greeted us, and after learning we were new, gave us some information and asked/answered questions. We immediately felt very welcome. In the main room, several rows of chairs are arranged in a circle around a table with candles. This set-up, where everyone is able to see everyone, allows for more connection and communication with others. Half of the time, it didn't feel like we were at church, but rather, some large meeting. The service was very unique. It was a little bit of tradition sprinkled with some modern aspects of worship, several prayers, communion, a sermon, and contemporary worship with lyrics on a projection screen. I couldn't tell who the pastor was -- several people led the service. Because of the circle arrangement, these people stood at different points in the room. Children were also included as part of the congregation; they were dismissed to their own group prior to the sermon and came back in before communion. The congregation was a great mix of ages: babies, kids, teenagers, young adults, parents, and the elderly. Everyone fit in. After attending a mega-church for awhile, this close-knit community church was a breath of much-needed fresh air. We left the church in a great mood. If you're looking for a unique, connected, spiritual community, try this. You might see me there.

In…read moreDecember of 2022 I went for colonoscopy and was diagnosed with Colon Cancer that brought my world as I knew it to and end so I as a catholic reach out to God and attended this church that was recommended to me by dear friends. I fell in love the minute I walked in. It's beautiful and peaceful and very welcoming. I was blessed by the priest after the mass after telling him my diagnosis. January of 2023, I was in the hospital having my surgery to remove the cancer and part of the spleen it was attached to. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks because of complications and was sent home with an attached colostomy bag, and 5 weeks later, I was hospitalized to have it reversed and removed. I spent a week there and made beautiful kind friends with the nurses and doctors at NW. I'm cancer free due to their care and everyone prayers. I visited the church again this past Saturday to thank the priest for his blessing, and he kindly said, "I was just God's messanger, and you are a miracle child." I took that to heart because I've always preached to everyone to be kind, and here I was in front of this religious man telling me I'm a miracle. God bless him, my NW nurses, and my team of doctors, especially my surgeon Dr. Poilyn and Dr. Chang. Please go visit this church whether you are Catholic or not. It's open 24 hours every day, and it's a beautiful church. Also, it has a gift shop open on Saturday.
