The building is available for hire for private parties and is a really good venue. I have attended a few parties here now and the prices are reasonable, the room is large, big dance floor and cheap drinks at the bar. The staff are also helpful and are willing to help decorate etc. Highly recommend this as a venue for a private party!

Some of the…read moreholes are extremely short, less than a hundred yards and the faireways and greens are not the best and could do with some maintenance. It is difficult to locate your ball even when it remains on the fairway. The price is reasonable and it is never very busy (this may reflect on the course) with ample parking. The saving grace for the venue is the driving range allowing you to practice even when the weather conditionsare not favourable. Situated in Bodelwyddan next door to the Indian restaurant on the road to St. George.

I've played the course many times, usually in Feb/March and have never had difficulty getting a time. The course is (as of Feb 2011) in great shape and has recovered nicely from the tortures of the Open Championship. Food can be had in the Spike Bar and a jacket and tie are required in the dining room. Highly recommended.
