From my experience, the school maintained a highly structured and demanding environment, but persistent staff turnover and limited support resources created ongoing challenges. There appeared to be insufficient collaboration among administration, counselors, and teachers in addressing students' academic, behavioral, and mental health needs. Students with ADHD or significant behavioral challenges often lacked appropriate accommodations or interventions, while classroom teachers were expected to manage complex behaviors with limited support. Communication with parents was restricted, and opportunities for parent involvement were limited. The culture emphasized high performance and strict compliance, with little recognition of staff efforts, contributing to low morale. Overall, the combination of staffing shortages, limited student support services, and a rigid administrative approach made it difficult to consistently meet the needs of both students and educators. read more
