Traders Point Christian Schools closed their program effective March 16 related to COVID-19 and we…read morehad to find alternative means for childcare. Below is our experience with attempting to find alternative care: When attempting to cancel daycare due to TPCS non-performance, TPCS refused to acknowledge contract termination despite their nonperformance of services. We were even in a prepayment position and willing to forgive what was due back to us. Despite this effort, TPCS continued to attempt to charge us the $1,000 withdrawal fee and/or pay 30% of the weekly fees throughout the remaining school year despite not offering childcare. Additionally, despite terminating ACH authorization with them and communicating a contractual dispute, they unethically continued to charged our bank account/credit card claiming they couldn't anticipate COVID-19 and the consequences. I cannot see how that logic works --- several business didn't anticipate COVID-19, but it doesn't mean they can continue to charge past customers when they are no longer providing services. TPCS is also likely eligible for the governmental PPP forgiveness loan that reimburses for all employees' wages for the next two months yet they continue to charge their customers despite not providing onsite childcare services, out of what I can only fathom as greed. It all seems very unethical to me in how it was managed by the administrative office, particularly the finance department. We were members of the affiliated Church but will no longer be attending the services. I feel the organization's behavior is extremely avaricious, and I no longer wish to be affiliated with them. I've never done this with an organization before in my life, but I intend to file a claim with the BBB, file a claim with the small claims court for reimbursement of prepaid services, and leave a negative review on all social media outlets. I want to state this is not a review of the actual program or teachers who work there. We had some phenomenal teachers working with our girls when the school was open and really appreciated the care they put toward our children.

Signage is decent getting into the place. I know that they're academics are not strong here, and they usually place near the bottom of the metropolitan area. Their music programs have been strong in the past and seemed to be on the build again. Sporting teams are hot and cold. The building is large and spread out lots of really nice things and lots of things that just haven't been kept up.

The stadium is used for football and for track. They also offer softball, baseball, soccer and powderpuff. The fields are kept nice, and there is benches to sit on at the softball and baseball field. The best part is they have an Area 31 Center where even students can come in from other districts to be certified in culinary, aesthetician, criminal law, pharmacy tech... There is so much offered at the school, and the grounds are kept up. This is a great place to come and walk, as there is even a little area that has some really large trees and shade around the baseball field. There is also a very large area that completely encompasses the entire campus. This is great for long walks. (without dogs attacking you)
