My mother in law brought me there for their Zumba class that morning. I found it to be more challenging and unique since they used very light weights in some parts of the class. It was a different pace than what I was used to because I think the demographic of the class was a bit older. I still thought the instructor did a good job. My only complaint is how slippery the floors were.

Not only did they never clean her face or make sure she had on a clean diaper prior to pick up but they often lost clothes or jackets for weeks with no explanation. Finally they charge fraudulent fees with no paper trail. Once I had paid up a month ahead and was late picking up my daughter. Instead of charging a late fee out of what I had paid already the woman up front screamed at me bc I hadn't written a check directly to her for the late fee which I had no idea was their policy. Now we left at the beginning of Covid because we moved and gave them notice and they are refusing to provide me with my tax paperwork bc they have me confused with someone who went to FLORIDA in the middle of the pandemic and are trying to charge me bogus fees that I do not owe. And when I tried to speak with someone to explain that is not me, I gave a notice and I do not owe anything and was never told prior to leaving or anytime in the past year that I owed them money, they refuse to take my call and gave a fake number for the director.THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!

When he was finished, I felt like no one else would have paid this much attention and done such a complete job. He treated my home as if it were his own. Phoebe said I never gave the check and application to her. Then my daughter went in for a tour and the Phoebe told her I never gave her the paperwork. Then I stopped by to get another form and they ran out of copies and was told they would email them to me. I was talking to one of the staff I told her in my opinion that the experience so far was not a very good one. The email was never sent. My daughter then called again to inquire about what she needed to do because she was never contacted by ANY of the administrative staff after several messages. Phoebe didn't try to make the situation right only called me a liar and told my daughter that I had been rude and made a scene in front of other parents. If the administrative staff is this incompetent just imagine how they will care for your child. I would steer clear of this facility.

Called and he said that it probably wasn't buried deep enough, just needs more dirt on top, was supposed to bring some out to put on top of it but never showed up and won't answer our calls anymore. come to find out the entire job they did was done COMPLETELY wrong. So now we have to have the job done again by someone else, of course. Our yard has to be tore up again, and we have to pay again. Just because these people couldn't do their job. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend!
