St John's School is an absolutely lovely Primary, it is a centrally located school with a village school feel. The original School has recently been demolished and the pupils have temporarily relocated to Winston House which isn't ideal but serves the purpose until the brand new purpose built building is ready at the end of 2009. The teachers are completely devoted to the children and really put in a lot of time to bring out the best in them. The School works closely with St John's Church and is a Church of England School, instilling great morals into the children which shows in their impeccable behaviour. Although in what most would say is a deprived area, the children at St John's don't want for anything - It's a great little school and a brilliant start for youngsters. read more
