His homili is always inspiring, fresh, connects to the current events or present time, love his jokes. Father Art is also good don't get me wrong. hehe The choir is better since the new director lady came aboard & the band is always been good... For lent, every Friday the knights of columbus have their fish fry over here at church... A must-try!! It's too bad they only have it during lent season... Spring festival is always a fun thing to attend or volunteer to or even participate.... It's always packed & the food is good... Another thing to look forward to is after Sunday Mass, there's always coffee, donuts & orange juice.... either that or blood donation events... Would totally recommend this Catholic Church to anyone... especially if you live in the area...

Pastor Greg Matte gives such clear down to earth sermons in which I leave feeling closer to God and my soul enriched. I also love the Bible study class called "The Climb" that we attend. The most amazing thing about this church is the single parents bible study classes they have where they encourage, serve and help raise up single parents in such an amazing way. The service lasted about an hour and 15 min. I thought the singing in the beginning was nice (very big group), but after 15-20 minutes I was kind of over it; felt like I was at Lakewood. Once the praise & worship was over, pastor Gregg started to preached and I was pleased with what was getting preached. I was there to learn, and pastor Gregg's sermon did exactly that. They not only have children's bible school/daycare during the Sunday service they also have the marriage ministry which is something my DH and I are big on, because having children with work and a marriage to keep steady you need time to find a balance... Though calling in my hospitalization immediately which was over a week long, no staff member visited nor any congregant. I was stunned. Upon arriving home and still totally immobile in my injury, I got some cards, but was unable to get around for weeks, and was still brushed aside completely by the church - especially from the membership order in which I belong. This church will not support you. I was finally, offered in the long run, Holy Communion. It was the only time any one visited me from the church. I know they support their long term members; I saw it and heard about it while there. But me - I was totally ignored in my need. Outsiders from my business came through for me, but not my own church. I've gone elsewhere now and been told how outrageous this lack of pastoral care is. There are no pastoral care programs at this church.
