Emails and texts go unanswered, and the person answering the phone provides a different excuse every time I call. In the meantime, my wife's car got a broken tail light assembly last month. I ordered the replacement parts through the local dealer and got the parts 12 days later. I got her car fixed in under two weeks, but my car is still waiting on parts 3 months later.

The part to her sedan took months, they never called to update her on the delay and her many phone calls went to voice mail. They were extremely rude to her on the phone and the front desk person was unprofessional and terse when she came in person. I wish people warned her before she chose this shop. Go elsewhere!!
