The reason why I took the job was because how they treat patients. They're very thorough patients do come first, so I actually do Very much care for this office and recommend this for anybody looking for a family type office. You're not a number in this office. You're treated with care you're able to write messages call things are expedited. Front Desk is amazing. The laboratory is awesome. The doctors you have to find the doctor that you feel comfortable with. There are three different doctors, but don't be scared to choose the one that fits you. They do EKG labs research Pap smear's in house as well as a weight loss program. Why are you looking into it used to look into the new aesthetics program that they have they rock they have a CBD cream for your face. Made me look 100% better. I was let go cause I have too much energy for a family office such as this one because again if you're looking for somebody to take time with you, be patient with you. This is the office that you need. Just please be patient with them because if one patient takes longer than that and you do wait a little bit longer, you will get your undivided detention just like the last patient got theirs that is guaranteed in this office. I hope you guys make the correct decision. I highly recommend it. I am a former employee, but I was very impressed. Haven't seen an office like this in a very long time.

Downside is the office staff is very slow seem to be inexperienced and not knowledgeable and doing referrals takes them a long time to answer the phone and when they say they will call you back they don't. I am giving four stars for the doctor minusone because of the staff in his office. A lot of specialists don't like to deal with the office staff from this clinic because they will not cooperate.

I have several health issues, Some of the reviews I have read DOES not sound like my doctors here…read more All my doctors dont just have good bed side manner But EMPATHY AND SYMPATHY. Dr Pinero and his whole team has always been straight forward with not just my care but of my late husband Kenny. I remember the day Dr Pinero told me the truth of my husbands condition. He had Fibrosis of the Lungs not curable. He had blood clots in lungs. Scaring was there , and his breathing was worse, After many trips in and out of hospital , he told me he needs hospice care at home. That he needed to rest with his loved ones and maintain his pain. After a yr God took him. When he died Dr Pinero and his staff all gave very heart felled condolences. With hugs to match, Quickly caring for my well being and health. To helping through the transition to making sure I have all my blood work to my meds and any outside help if needed. They knew our marriage was very close of 50 yrs, WE also had a son murdered prior to my husbands worsening and again Extremely Empathy and understanding. and making sure if we need any help just reach out, When both of us were in the hospital together, Got a call from the Dr, to make sure we were ok. So I cant say enough about The whole team. Especially Claudia and Dr Pinero, The front office always polite. If you call after hrs I cant say its to long before getting a return call for whom ever is on call Even late if needed. So if you want a good group to go to this is it in my opinion. I was lectured at the window in front of other patients by a name tag wearing receptionist that I was late, which was obvious. She told me that I would have to reschedule and I said I don't think so and I'd be happy to find another doctor. The problem with the office admin is that they patronize the patients and treat them like crap and they're gate keepers. If you try to get to the doctor to complain they will block you and send the office manager, who is not the business owner. I'm sure if the doctors heard from the patients about the office admin there would be a staff change. The other thing I can tell you is that the office waiting room is never full, maybe one or two other people yet the office staff can never ever work you in if you're really sick or need something on short notice. They couldn't be bothered. I had the office manager pull the "well we're only contractually obligated to see you within 24 hours by your provider". If that's they way they want to run their office then so be it, but our family is finding another doctor b/c we're not going to pay to be subjected to unprofessional office staff and poor customer service. I will say this, if you can finally make it to the health care providers they seem to be caring, but buyer beware of the office staff. Also, my family has been going to this provider for years and this is the way they treat their loyal customers. We've finally had enough. Oh, and forget having the doctor call you back if you have a question about a lab result or you forgot to ask something in your visit. They'll have the Nurse call you back when you specifically asked for the doctor because you have a medical question. I've had better health support from other doctors.
