Through this company I had ordered 19 shirts for my sister's bachelorette party on April 13th,…read more2013. I was told the shirts would be guaranteed to arrive on April 12th. Needless to say my package did not arrive from UPS on the 12th. On Friday the 12th I was communicating with the owner from Karst inc about my package. She told me it was a UPS mistake and out of her control. She went on to explain that she did a 2 day shipping and they should have arrived on the 12th. However, when talking with UPS they told me it was a 3 day, which would mean I would not get my package until Monday the 15th of April since UPS does not deliver on weekends. When I placed this order I wanted to make sure that my package would arrive in time for the event so I had everything set with spreadsheets of what I wanted the shirts to say and everything. I had all of this ready on March 20th because that is when I wanted to place the order. However, it was Michelle from Karst inc. who would not get back to me about cost of shirts. She apologized by saying she was "overwhelmed" with orders. Finally, when she did get back to me with prices the amount was more than what I had originally budgeted for, hence why I wanted her to get back to me early to avoid this conflict, so then I needed to make some adjustments. Again, it took another week for her to get back to me with the "new" prices and the order form. This whole situation could have been avoided if this was all handled in a timely manner. Needless to say, I did get my order on the 12th of April, no thanks to her or her company. It was me and my sister-in-law who were pleading with UPS. We finally got them to allow us to pick up the package in the town that it sat, luckily to us, the same state! We had to lie to UPS however by saying the package contained bridesmaid dresses that we needed for a wedding on April 13th! If it weren't for that lie my package would be sitting on a UPS truck unloaded until Monday the 15th! I strongly suggest no one go through this company if you are counting on a smooth transaction/delivery. To make matters worse I was not reimbursed or even discounted for my hassle! This caused more stress than needed to the bride and myself! I had to leave work early just so I would make it to UPS before they closed to pick up the shirts! This was a horrible experience that I hope no one else has to endure.
