This is a ranch that complies with the State of Texas rules for exotic animals (which are equivalent to livestock in Texas). The vast acreage has plenty of cover and terrain for the animals living here. You have to actually get out and hunt. There is no "gimme" here. If you can take what you are after you pay a reasonable fee. The ranch has very competitive prices compared to other ranches with the same species and opportunities.
