You replaced him with Julia that nobody likes she's negative she's snarky. She's bad for morale bad to even walk into your store. I hope you learn a lesson from this that was a really, really unnecessary move. you could've and should've considered all aspects of the situation at hand, instead you had Julia waiting in the wings and this was all by design and I believe you were planning this for a while and it is terrible to think that you would get rid of a manager like Chuck! Again, whatever the reason was, he had a valid reason he had a valid explanation and you just shut him down!!!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a nice warm welcome from the staff and even Bentley, the store mascot! From the moment I walked in I noticed just how packed this lil store is. From floor to ceiling packed with all of the cutest toys, treats, clothes, carriers and so much more! This was mid September and they had to cutest Halloween toy display. I walked around for at least 30 mins just looking and deciding on some goodies! Lilikoi and I ended up with a Halloween mini lamb chop, a purple rubber bone and a beanie! All great quality and things that she is loving still to this day. I highly recommend visiting this store even if you don't have a dog the friendliness of the staff is all worth it!
