I contacted Jeff Evans because of Yelp reviews. I live in Chicago and wanted to get quotes for auto insurance for my daughter who lives in Denver - getting her off my policy. Jeff was very responsive and efficient, answering all my questions and getting the best possible rate for us. Best of all, when my daughter went to the DMV to register her vehicle in Colorado, it turned out I had messed up and asked for the insurance to be activated at the end of the month. She was there a few days early due to her work schedule. She had waited 3 hours to be told her temporary cards could not be used because of the effective date. I called Jeff for help and he created a new policy within 20 minutes, faxed the new cards to the DMV and my daughter was able to get her registration completed without an extra trip. (The Denver DMV is not open on weekends or evenings so everyone has to take off work!) The only unfortunate circumstance was that we had to pay $220 extra for the new policy since one of the discounts (early sign-up) could no longer apply. I contacted Jeff for quotes on renters, auto and umbrella bundle, he was very prompt in getting the information back to me within the day. Ultimately, I went with another insurance broker for just a renters policy because it was cheaper. Three weeks after that initial situation, Jeff emailed me to follow up and to make sure that I was properly covered with the other insurance. Within that same week, my Wisconsin insurance company decided to drop my auto policy since I was no longer living in the state. Even though I was pressed for time to switch to a new insurance policy, Jeff made sure to use all the tips and tricks available to make sure I got the best possible price possible. Jeff really knows his stuff and is always responsive and reliable. Before working with Jeff, I hated having to get insurance because it felt like such a chore and I'd always screw something up. Working with Jeff is like bowling with gutter bumpers. You throw the ball down the lane and he keeps it heading all the way towards the pins. I simply let Jeff know the situation and he knows exactly what needs to be done. If there's missing information, he tells me what I need to go look up. Jeff Evans has an unfortunate health condition whereby he sacrifices everything for the sake of his clients. He is so glued to his phone that he now cannot physically separate it from his head. This is great for you, since on the rare occasion he misses your call, he will call you back before you can put the phone down. This saves you the energy of having to pick the phone back up. But more importantly, he has great news for you: a quote better than anything you can find (and you searched everywhere, including under that rock). I wish more insurance agents were like Jeff, but then I feel guilty because no one should have to forgo a social life to return calls on friday evenings for my renter's insurance. read more

I found Jeff Evans through Yelp back in August 2012. Because of the many wonderful reviews I thought I'd get in touch with him. He has been easy and enjoyable to work with.
