He was also nice enough to send me some before/during/after pictures as I forgot to take any. When he realized he would have extra carpet when he finished the stairs he cut me 3 pieces for the door entries since I didn't have mats in my new house yet. It was very nice to work with them and I would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for flooring or stair refinishing. The stairs were done 6 months ago - stairs are still looking great as day 1 and I just realized I never wrote a review but the service and the job was so good I just had to make the time to do it!

Loved his design ideas and being able to see them on the computer especially different layouts. He provided high quality unobtrusive work in a timely manner and fixed previous sub quality problems from previous installer (he even made sure the work area was clean at the end of each work day).
