ETA: I have received a call from the owner, Kyle. The salesperson mentioned below is no longer…read moreworking there. Kyle was very apologetic and gracious. I do understand that things occasionally will fall between the cracks and because of this and his thorough follow up and disposition, I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars On 8/20/21, I took off work and went to their store to get an estimate for racing stripes for my Mustang, as they told me (the day before) no appmt was needed. When I got there, I was attended by Landon S. (who was extremely professional and polite). He advised me that their salesperson, Joshua Swoyer, was out on a job and I could not obtain an estimate at that time. Landon took all my information - we even took the vinyl samples outside to look at them against my car. Decided on what I wanted and Landon recommended that I email Joshua the pictures of what I wanted done so that he can email me an estimate later on. I emailed Joshua before I left the store, I identified myself and advised him that I was following Landon's instructions. I did not receive a response. On Tuesday 8/24/21, I followed up with another email, and again, never heard from him. I cannot understand the reviews that state they have the best customer service because I did not experience that - at all. It's a shame. My son also bought a muscle car (challenger) a few days after mine and our neighbor did as well. All those are lost business now because I cannot recommend Signarama to anyone I know based on this.

I am one of the owners of Denton Truck and Auto Parts in Denton, Texas…read more We had been looking for a few months to find a good screen printing and embroidery shop to handle our logo wear. San Bay was the one we selected because of (1) their willingness to use our existing electronic files to create their print patterns and stitch programs, (2) the samples the did for us looked amazing, (3) the prices quoted were very reasonable compared to the local competition, and (4) the speed of delivery was flipping amazing. On the final point, most of the competition was saying a 2-week minimum to obtain the finished goods. San Bay was able to deliver in a week. The final product looks really good, even in the intricate detail areas of our logo. We will be a returning customer.
