If you would like to buy legal cannabis in Quebec, Canada, look for a SQDC store. In 2018, following passage of the Cannabis Regulation Act, the Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC) was created. There are about 100 of these dispensaries throughout Quebec. Shopping here is a nice experience. The store is in a small strip mall in a safe area with plenty of free parking. It's very clean and organized inside. Show your ID to the guard in the foyer. (USA driver's license is acceptable). The staff here is mostly young men and they are helpful and knowledgeable. They're all fluent in both French and English. We're happy with the quality and price of everything we bought. Note that gummy edibles are not legal here because they could appeal to children.
