Richard delivered on all of these and then some. During the process, he continued to consult with us and kept us informed of his schedule. We greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves and the tips he provided to us along the way. For the few sub-contractors he used, Richard was always on site and oversaw their work. The pride he takes in his work is very evident. No detail is too small. His design complimented the style of our home and expanded our living space to the outdoors which is something we always longed for. We continue to marvel at how perfectly he balanced the use of steel and rock with the softness of each plant choice and placement. So many neighbors and passersby have stopped to chat and express their interest and inquire about Richard's work. Anyone would be lucky to work with him.

We had a retaining wall replaced, irrigation system installation, sod installation, deck demo / concrete demo, new concrete poured as well as gorgeous wedding cake stairs, many trees planted as well! They were comparable to other estimates we received, but ultimately we went with Eden because of Richard. Unfortunately some of the sub contractors he went with were not up to the same standards in our opinion. Cement work was not smooth in places and we had to have them return and fix areas and they still aren't great. Just something to keep in mind, Richard and his brother in law were great.
