I was on a hunt for a Canada shirt... and at this place, they have a bunch of designs already premade on shirts or hoodies... or you can design it on your own with the selection of designs and shirt/hoodies they have in stock.They have lots of souvenirs, gifts and clothes for everyone. The guy who helped me designs all the logos. He was really nice and helpful and speaks french. In a matter of minutes... he pressed my hoodie, I put it on, aprroved it and I was sold. I love my hoodie! Costed me $34. Make an effort to stop by here to pick up your souvenirs, this place rocks! Merci 49th for my awesome hoodie!

This review is for a downhill bike rental (NOT ski/snow)…read more Prices are similar to others more or less, but service was exceptional and bike performed great as well. They took the time to adjust sag (every rental place should but not everyone does). They gave me a shock pump to take on the trail, in case I want to adjust more. And when I had a flat they replaced in less than 10 mins, no problem (and no charge). Check in/ check out was easy. As usual with me, I was the first one to rent and the last one to return :) I'll definitely rent from them next time I'm biking in Whistler!

They also rent cross country skis. The service here is good. I bought a pair of Arc'teryx mittens here once after a wrist brace failure meant buying a pair of mitts I had, but had left at back in the flatlands. The wrist strap failed after a few days. I went back and asked if I could get a new strap. The guy at the store called about the warranty, but Arc'teryx does not ship the strap separately. He fused the strap for me himself in the store, and it was ready when I returned at the end of the day. Another time I came in asking about pit zips in jackets and the man I spoke with was very honest about the breathability of the jacket. Surprises in the breathability of rainwear rarely lead to a pleasant day in the rain, so I really appreciated that. I just got a pair of trail runners here at their fall shoe sale. They were a pretty good deal and the lady warned me they were "final sale" more than once. The seem want you to be happy with your purchase here, which is really nice. I recommend this store. If they don't have what you are looking for the same person also owns the large Arc'teryx store nearby.

I then took the board to the store and the manager doesn't wants to swap for another board or give my money back. I only rode it 1 day. He could at least have let me change the board, as the one he sold put me in danger! Update: On the last day of my trip to Whistler I received the refund. Granted it was the end of the season and there were sales at every ski/snowboard shop I went to, this particular store had the best price. I turned away from buying a few things, but I did get a board wax here. I believe it was $20. I handed over my board around 6PM and the store promised it to be ready by 8AM the next mornign. Perfect! Just in time to catch the opening of the gondolas. I went to a few other stores, some that seemed geared towards skiers and others that couldn't guarantee the board to be ready by 8AM. Mountain Riders met my needs and did a great job on the wax service! The catwalks were a tad more bearable with the wax.

Cool As A Moose was recommended by our server at the Dubh Linn Pub :) The selection was fairly comprehensive, and included such items as wooden postcards and bookmarks, as well as sweaters, blankets, pins, bumper stickers, socks- you name it! For a souvenir shop as well, they also include not only a "clearance" section at great prices but I was able to snag two crewnecks for 30$ each..! Super pleased :) The interior was a bit cramped in some places and some sizes were not available in things I would have liked but I did find some things, and the staff was pleasant enough. Better than most places and a definite recommendation from me :)

It can be intimidating when you are unfamiliar with a new business but to the person, every employee was kind, patient, amazingly helpful and just nice people to be around. The entire experience was so smooth I convinced two others in our group to rent bikes there as well, and their experience was the same. Great service, good selections and fair prices. I've rented from others in the village in past years but highly recommend this company with a special shout out to their team. We will be back.

We rented hardtail bikes from this place and although the website was easy to use, it would not…read moreallow for you to book same day rentals. The location is right in the village in a basement. Their pricing was the best and the bikes we got were decent. The fitting process was straight forward and their shop was clean and organized. We did a 2-day rental and after the first day, I wanted to upgrade just my bike to a downhill bike. They gladly credited the cost of the hardtail toward the cost of the downhill, which came with a helmet. I did have to pay extra for the armor and ended up buying gloves from here as well since they don't rent them. The staff was super nice and I highly recommend this shop!
