    *Edit* I made a mistake and said that I ordered a 54" roll. That somehow seemed to mean that the…read morewhole narrative was invalid. I did not misrepresent the facts; I made a mistake. Their accusing me of not sending them more photos is a misrepresentation of the facts. Their statement "Which we told and asked you to correct at your refusal" is not only a misrepresentation of the facts, it's a flat-out lie. They never asked me to send more. They told me 2 times they would send me a new roll and never did, nor did they refund my money. I am not sure if the person who handles their customer service is the owner, but this twisting of the facts is concerning. They could have just let go of their own ego, owned their mistake, and refunded the $64.05. Its mind blowing that this is still going on over such a small amount. "Sir, you didn't order a 54" Mylar roll. You ordered a 50" Mylar, which is what was sent to you" - My mistake. Correct, I ordered a 50" roll. However, you did not send me a 50" roll. You even apologized with your very first message. "Now, if it was less than 50," Please provide a clear photo showing the correct measurements, with the tape measure starting at one end of the roll and extending to the other." - I did that. You did not like the first set of photos and implied that I was attempting to deceive you. So, I sent a second set of photos and a video. "In the image you provided, the tape measure begins about 2 inches short of the starting edge, resulting in an inaccurate representation. Which were told and asked you to correct at your refusal." - First, you are changing your story and misrepresenting the facts. Your message said "an inch above the measuring tape." The measuring tape is clearly next to the roll, not above it. And it was not 2 inches, which you know because you first said "an inch." Further, You never asked me to send you more photos; you simply said, "Us sending you an additional roll, is just a courtesy. With that being said, we'll have it shipped by the end of the week." Why would you lie about asking me to send more photos? The first set of photos are at an angle, which is very clear. AND, they aren't even close to the 50" line, making it clear I received the wrong roll. On top of that, I did send you more photos and a video. To which you replied "Do you want the mylar or a refund?" A second time, offering to send me the roll I actually ordered. I ordered a roll of 54" wide mylar roll and got a 48" roll. When I emailed them, they immediately argued with me that they sent me the correct roll. So, I took pictures to show them that I did not get the 54" roll. Their first response was to apologize and tell me they'd send me one by the end of the week. This did not happen, so I emailed them again to ask what was going on. Instead of continuing to own their mistake, they argued with me again and accused me of being deceptive. They said that the tape measure showed that it was not 48" and they were doing me a favor. However, because of the angle of the picture, it looked like it was at the 49" like, but only if you very quickly glance at it. So I sent more pictures and a video and said if they weren't going to be able to get it to me quickly, I wanted a refund. Mind you, this was about two weeks after I should have gotten it. I asked them to send me the product or a refund. The response I got back--again, no apology, just asking if I wanted a refund or the product. Which was so frustrating, cause they could have just sent the product, or refund, which is what I asked. Instead they delayed it further with a clearly annoyed question. I said I wanted the product if they could send it within the next two days. That didn't happen, so I sent another email asking for a refund. Didn't get that either. So now I don't have the mylar that I ordered or my money back.
