Then I got scammed by a fraudulent debt collection agency that had all of my personal info regarding MindRX, my appts, and my debt. MindRx is trying to obtain this $ from me when I've already paid it once. SO either they leaked my personal info, sold it to a non-secure source/ collection agency, or they themselves are scamming me/ too disorganized to understand what's happening. I have reported both MindRx and American Profit recovery for data breach and possible fraud to the HHS and CFPB Do NOT go to MindRx if you care about improving your mental health. This company is only in it to profit off of you and your misfortune

My therapist was fantastic, so it's unfortunate I've got to part ways. This company is borderline predatory with its no-show charges. Even worse, I'd say, is the administration. Every phone call is just an unpleasant mess and usually ends up with them redirecting you to another terrible app just to draft another message, which includes prescriptions. You literally tell them what you need, and as long as you have an appointment booked every three weeks, they'll only then forward your request to your therapist/doctor. I went to see a therapist and see if she was a good fit, and she let me know that it was "offensive" to decide if I wanted to change therapists if I decided one wasn't a good fit. With that said, during COVID, they have tons of technical issues with ZOOM, and give no recourse for how to follow up with missed video call appointments. When I logged in on time to see the practitioner, nobody answered on the other end all 3 times that I tried to have a zoom appointment during COVID. The appointment reminders were set for 3 weeks before and 30 minutes before the appointment, which is pretty useless since I have to plan my life week by week due to my work schedule. About a month ago, I was given a call saying that I would be moving to a higher level of care within Hollywood Mental health, and that my provider would follow up with me for more details. Finally, I waited until TODAY to send an email asking what I needed to do to move forward with my treatment for mental health, and I received what looked like a letter of termination from an employer. Apparently yall send your termination letters in the mail, which, during COVID, the mail system is completely falling apart. At least leave a voicemail if you're gonna fire me.
