I had tried a lot of things to ease my troubles but I couldn't but nothing seemed to really work. So I called and made an appointment. From day one I was very comfortable with Anna. She is quite easy to talk to and connect with. Without getting into too much details (every person is different) I felt things start to shift for me, even in those first few sessions. Anna is a talented therapist that listened, asked poignant questions, and really helped me to step back and find the answers to my issues with me. She helped me stand up and fight back! I am forever grateful to her and her practice. She is awesome. I worked with Anna for about 3 years....and now that our sessions are done I feel like I have a huge array of tools to deal with anything that challenges me from here on out. THANK YOU ANNA! Take care.

Therapy can help us connect with what feels painful, develop greater self-compassion, and bring more mindfulness to our inner states so that we expand our sense of choice. I also love to work with couples. Relationships often become a tangle of push-pull and competing needs. However, there are usually discernible patterns to the conflicts that can be gently sorted for more harmony in the relationship. Artists, writers, entrepreneurs, and anyone who has hit their inner "ceiling" are also clients that I deeply enjoy working with.

One thing I really liked is that he had experienced the pain of being with a borderline personality disordered person himself, but really seemed to have healed and was really great at his own self work. He always offered me tea or water when I got there, & gave me tissues when I needed to cry, which was very much needed & appreciated. Sometimes the little things make all the difference in the world. He was able to empathize as well as encourage me to think rationally about so many situations. A master at breaking things down, he is truly the best of the best. Aaron, if you're reading this, I love you brother. Thank you so much for the support through the hardest times in my life. I'm feeling a power & energy like I've never felt. May you be blessed for years to come.

I've seen so many therapists and psychiatrists throughout my life, and Aaron has helped me more than the rest of them combined. I've never had a more consistent positive experience during the rough patches of life. Looking back at my life before I started seeing Aaron makes me shudder; I can't stress enough how much better my life has gotten through my work with him. I will continue to recommend him to anyone who is struggling and genuinely wants to get better.

Jeannie has always had a very gentle but dignified presence that I've felt has worked for me in a demonstrative and healing way. She emanates a loving balance that I sensed allowed space enough for me to be part of as I was, however confusing and doubtful I felt inside, I was always met with acceptance and understanding. That way of being is great at bringing your attention to the energy and thoughts that you're experiencing in a way that can be both poignant and easily digestible. I had a lot of powerful experiences being able to unfold a lot of uncomfortable feelings into the moment and she was great at pointing out a certain intelligence and humanness when I might have felt embarrassed or ashamed. In fact we discussed the idea that shame and guilt were not quite true emotions at the core, we always moved beyond those and I know that the real life exploration of that in our practice has sunken into me in a very deep way. I am forever grateful for the friendliness and observation of depth and wisdom Jeannie shared with me, in an almost endless and unattached way. When I say unattached I mean that there was never a point where I felt like she needed something in return or expected anything of me, I sensed she kinda "got" me and was very respectful and aware of that. I think it might obviously be very different for everyone, because we all have different access points but I feel confident that she will be very good at adjusting to that with different kinds of people. A knowing accompanying spirit who has helped me realize a deeper more meaningful self.

My new husband, Jess, and I live in Arizona, but we love Oregon. Therefore, it was no surprise that Jess chose Portland to surprise me with an engagement. We knew we wanted to conduct the ceremony in Oregon, in the wide open air, surrounded by nature. I consider myself a witch, and neither Jess or I hold to any organized religion. So we couldn't have a traditional, church wedding. We decided we wanted a sacred ceremony, and we wanted the elements represented. Luckily, a simply Google search brought me to Jenna. We immediately clicked when we talked, and Jess and I felt so comforted and supported throughout the entire planning process. Jenna took our vision and intentions, and she expanded on them to create a completely unique, customized ceremony for us. When the time finally came for the big day, Jenna was on time, completely professional. She held space for us as if she'd known us for years. Even though we ended up completely changing our plans the day before the wedding, everything went exactly as it was meant to be and it was perfect. Jenna - from the bottom of our hearts - we're so grateful to have met you and honored to have you officiate our sacred union. You're such a lovely human being. BTW - We're selling our house in Arizona and moving to Oregon now

Although each session is particular to the time and state I am in, the overarching theme I encounter is space. To me, Jenna is a gentle yet firm space holder. I go to her when I cannot hold the space for myself to ground and settle or when I need help in giving myself the permission to be fully in my own skin, in my own decisions. The important part of my time with her is that she is the guide to the sessions more than she is the do-er of the sessions. In this way, she empowers me to trust what I am unwilling or able to listen to when I am on my own. When we are together, I truly feel held and given the space to slow down and explore whatever comes up. Sometimes that is an energetic imbalance or fluster while other times it has been a physical sensation in myself. Inevitably, I leave our sessions feeling encouraged, balanced and energized. I highly recommend her for a variety of needs.
